| Description | Back in Motion and WCG International, in partnership with the BC Ministry of Housing and Social Development, offer Triumph Vocational Services to clients with mental health, physical health, and developmental disabilities. Back in Motion Rehab is looking for a job developer to be part of our Langley/Tri-Cities team. The job developer builds relationships with employers, and helps clients to find part-time or full-time employment, or volunteer experiences. This position requires knowledge of the labor market and the ability to work on behalf of disabled clients in marketing their skills and abilities to prospective employers. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work effectively with clients, employers and the Ministry. The successful candidate will be able to manage a varied caseload, work successfully with clients to complete vocational milestones, and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, preferably with a CCRC or RRP designation (or eligibility for the designation). Experience working with people with disabilities would be an asset.
